ECU Health Medical Center has achieved Magnet designation twice and provides acute and intermediate care, rehabilitation and outpatient health services to a 29-county region that is home to more than 1.4 million people.Position Summary* Maintains adequate personnel coverage in all Diagnostic areas.* Prepares schedules monthly, approves vacations, sick leave, and Holidays.* Prepares and administers employee performance appraisals.* Recommends personnel action.* Ensures that defined orientation program is completed.* Supervises acquisition, storage, and distribution of supplies.* Collaborates with QC Technologist/service personnel daily to insure prompt and efficient maintenance and repair of equipment.* Acts as troubleshooter to provide liaison between Radiologist/attending physicians and staff.* Prepares monthly report.* Attends Management Advisory Committee (M.A.C.) meetings.Minimum Requirements* High School plus 2 years or more of formal training or educationSpecify: AMA C.A.H.E.A. accredited program in Radio logic Technology certificate Or Associate College Degree* Registration or Certification:Current R.T.R.
