Position Overview:

Aris Amplify has partnered with a growing manufacturing firm. A growing NC-based steel fabrication company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead all aspects of its high-volume manufacturing facility.

This executive role will oversee production, drive process improvement, ensure product quality and champion a safety-first culture.

The ideal candidate brings more than 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience (preferably in structural steel), a strong background in operations strategy and a proven ability to manage teams, control costs and deliver on performance goals.

• Production efficiency and cost control
• Quality assurance and compliance
• Team leadership and talent development
• Customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Safety, health and environmental standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years in plant operations, with 5+ years in senior leadership
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and ERP systems
• Proven success managing budgets, teams and plant performance
