Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Conduct visits to customers' homes to resolve issues and showcase smart home technology.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Educate customers on using their technology while suggesting additional help when necessary.
• Maintain a tidy workspace and approach all tasks with professionalism, working independently while staying connected with your team.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record is essential.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willing to travel and available to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Physical Ability:
  • Must be able to climb ladders up to 40 ft.
  • Lift items weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Must meet and maintain a weight limit of 335 lbs.
• Customer Focus: Build trust and provide excellent service.
• Problem-Solving: Effectively tackle challenges as they arise.
• Determination: Work comfortably in tight spaces and various weather conditions.

Compensation: $18.50/Hour
