The Assistant to Director of Operations/ Director of Recruiting assists in the day-to-day operations for the womens basketball program while assisting in recruiting operations. This position provides support for day-to-day operations to get done smoothly and efficiently including but not limited to home game and practice operations, team travel, and community engagement. This position provides support to the recruiting coordinator to ensure operations for coachs recruiting, official and unofficial visits, and open gym schedules are done efficiently. This position also serves as a mentor/advocate for students educational and learning experiences outside the classroom.
