The Cashier is essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. By demonstrating a willingness to assist, showcasing extensive product knowledge, upholding our high brand standards, and executing front-end operations efficiently, you will contribute to our customers' satisfaction.
Warmly greet every customer and proactively engage with them to identify their needs and enhance their shopping journey.
Process sales transactions and handle returns following established front-end procedures meticulously.
Encourage participation in company programs such as the customer loyalty program, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, loss prevention, and standard operating practices, ensuring confidentiality of all company information.
Help create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all, ensuring every teammate and customer feels respected and safe.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous retail sales, cashier, or customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
Willingness to work for extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
Capability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously).
