Join us as a Senior Project Engineer (m/f/d) at Ingenics Corporation USA

Location: Greenville, NC

Responsibilities:

• Monitor manufacturing performance, propose, and execute improvements based on gap analysis.
• Collect and analyze data to optimize production line performance and efficiency.
• Recalculate the Standard Time Value (STV) in the Final Assembly Line (FAL) US Routings through shop floor observations.
• Analyze Value Added and Non-Value-Added activities to identify improvement actions.
• Create standard line balancing for rates 7 and 8, including red space integration.
• Reduce efficiency losses via disturbance identification, analysis, and reduction.
• Enhance process and production times using value add and non-value add analysis.
• Prioritize value addition in critical path operations.
• Perform deviation analysis between STV and actual time with Red Space proposals.
• Develop line balancing following standard M20039, including red space integration.
• Support continuous improvement on the shop floor with work preparation expertise.
• Plan regular feedback sessions with the production team.

Your Profile:

• Masters degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 12 months experience as an Industrial Engineer.
