2 years of general management experience including financial accountability.
2 years of supervising 20 or more associates, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required.
For facilities selling only ammunition, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
Effective January 26, 2019, associates must complete all required trainings and assessments, including Academy and Open Door trainings.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
Experience managing a grocery area, supervising 50+ associates, and making employment decisions such as hiring and disciplinary actions.
