Job Description

We are seeking a Director of Strategic Planning to lead the enterprise's annual planning cycle, long-term strategic plan, and enterprise consulting & strategic intelligence.

The role entails leading a high-performing team within the Enterprise Strategy and Performance Execution division, focusing on integrating strategic priorities across the enterprise's segments & support services. The leader will have an opportunity to drive impact at the enterprise level, engage with enterprise leaders daily, and develop executive-level skills including problem-solving and communication.

What You'll Do:

  1. Lead the annual planning cycle, including setting enterprise priorities, integrating planning across the strategic portfolio, and managing mandates & refreshes.
  2. Develop 5-year enterprise strategic plans in coordination with Finance and divisional CFOs & planning leaders.
  3. Partner daily with transformation operations leaders, Finance FP&A, portfolio management, IT, and other delivery leaders for coordination.
  4. Support delivery prioritization and sequencing with portfolio and delivery leaders.
  5. Lead enterprise consulting priorities and strategic intelligence dissemination, optimizing models based on priorities and customer demand.
  6. Partner with enterprise leaders, including HR, around the annual goal-setting process.
  7. Support governance programs related to Mandates & Refreshes Fund.

What You'll Give:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in strategic planning, annual planning, or performance tracking. Without a degree, a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.

Bonus Points (Preferred qualifications):

  • Five years of experience leading teams or managing staff in dynamic settings.
  • Experience in multi-month planning cycles and collaboration with executive counterparts.
  • Highly collaborative with strong synthesis skills.
  • Strong conceptual problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Progressively increasing responsibilities throughout career.

Salary Range

Our compensation package is fair and market-reflective, including base salary, annual incentive bonus, 401(k) with match, PTO, and health benefits. Salaries typically range from $146,500 to $278,200, based on experience, skills, certifications, and organizational needs.
