We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to join our team who will be responsible for managing, leading, and developing our Southeast Post Sales Team of Cybersecurity Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Account Directors (ADs). Our TAMs/ADs are responsible for actively driving and managing the post-sales process with both direct and channel customers.

The Regional Sales Director will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and manage relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage, and develop the TAM team to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in the cybersecurity sector.
  3. Be organized and analytical, capable of overcoming sales obstacles with creative and adaptive approaches.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers within enterprise organizations.
  5. Monitor sales trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  7. Collaborate with other departments like Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations to grow revenue.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Military Leadership experience preferred.
  2. 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity sales.
  3. Successful track record in enterprise sales, preferably with Mid-Atlantic and Southeast-based accounts.
  4. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Comfortable engaging at all organizational levels, from C-level executives to technical staff.
  7. Willingness to travel throughout the U.S. Mid-Atlantic and Southeast territories.
  8. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
