The hiring range for this role is:

$150,000.00 - $200,000.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

Synergie Medication Collective is a new organization founded by Blue Cross and Blue Shield affiliates to improve access to costly medical benefit drugs for nearly 100 million Americans.

The Senior Director, Rebate Invoicing & Audit, is responsible for leading the end-to-end invoicing and rebate operations team, managing client inquiries, and delivering value to clients. This role partners with Financial Operations and IT to drive innovation, implement strategic plans, and shape the long-term vision of client invoicing processes. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, monitoring performance metrics, supporting rebate processes, defining strategic visions, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, change management, and team leadership.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • 10+ years in client relations, rebates, project management, or related fields leading cross-functional efforts.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare or PBM industry, with understanding of invoicing, finance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred:

  • Previous client engagement and program management experience.
  • PBM/healthcare experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Client experience and resolution management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and build high-performing teams.

Financial Responsibilities include revenue, budget, and people management.
