WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. Design, implement, and manage access control policies within PlainID to meet evolving business needs.
  2. Collaborate with IT, security teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective policy solutions.
  3. Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information through policy enforcement.
  4. Maintain, update, and refine existing policies to adapt to changing security and business environments.
  5. Resolve policy-related issues promptly to ensure seamless access control services.
  6. Document policy configurations and changes thoroughly for audit and compliance purposes.
  7. Provide expertise and mentorship on access control topics, including RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC.
  8. Act as the domain expert for PlainID within the organization, delivering training and support to staff and users.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of experience with PlainID or similar PBAC systems, with knowledge of policy languages like XACML or REGO.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming and scripting languages such as Java, Python, and PowerShell, with over 8 years of coding experience.
  • Extensive experience with directory services like LDAP and Active Directory.
  • Over 8 years of dedicated cybersecurity experience, focusing on RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise systems like ERP and CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills for developing effective access control solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective collaboration skills across diverse teams and partners.
  • Knowledge of relevant security standards and compliance frameworks.
