Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Minimum 5 years legal experience in the life science industry
• Previous work experience in a commercial stage biotech/pharmaceutical company
• Extensive experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and review
• Experience in healthcare compliance law
