How You'll Contribute to the Team
The Operations Director leads all installation-level property management employees and the day-to-day operation of a multi-family property management portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying and elevating new business responsibilities and marshaling resources within the organization to remove obstacles and deliver results. Ensuring the long-term financial health of the installation is at the forefront of this role, and the Operations Director is accountable for the installation's financial results. The Operations Director is further accountable for fostering an environment of teamwork, efficiency, and superior customer service.
