Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Planning and Delivery: Design and execute engaging lesson plans that meet state educational standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
• Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a structured classroom environment conducive to learning, promoting respect and collaboration among students.
• Professional Collaboration: Participate in administrative meetings, curriculum development, and professional development opportunities. Engage in group or individual planning and contribute to extracurricular activities as needed.
• Communication: Conduct parent conferences to discuss student progress and address any concerns, ensuring open lines of communication between the school and families.
  
  Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
• Valid North Carolina teaching license for elementary education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering a nurturing and academically stimulating environment for all students.
