Senior Mechanical Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale mechanical projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure successful project delivery, exceeding client expectations, while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex mechanical construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Define project scope, schedule, deliverables, and expectations in collaboration with clients.
• Oversee the installation of HVAC and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with codes and project timelines.
• Manage project costs, including labor, materials, and subcontractors, and set up job costing systems.
• Negotiate purchase orders, review submittals, and ensure all project specifications are met.
• Prepare and present monthly reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and cost management.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Lead and mentor field personnel, ensuring a focus on safety and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in mechanical construction or plumbing.
• Expertise in managing large, complex projects, with a focus on budgeting, scheduling, and safety.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
