The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality care within regulatory and legal requirements and for maintaining optimal employee standards. The Executive Director ensures that administrative activities support the organization's financial viability. The Executive Director must function effectively in a rural setting with communities that are close-knit and have strong family ties. Methods utilized in urban settings must be tempered for this fact.
