Eastern North Carolina is GROWING and at Pecheles Automotive we are GROWING too! We are currently seeking Experienced technicians to join our Hyundai, Audi, and Volkswagen service teams! Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with the ability to complete our brand specific training.

**We offer a 5 Day work-week, with Saturdays AND Sundays off. As well as a negotiable sign-on bonus for well qualified technicians.**

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership best practices
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed in a timely manner of additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• Service technician certifications preferred, but will train and certify experienced, driven techs
• Strong automotive background
• Ability to work with a team
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
• Must have clean & valid driver's license
• I-CAR Certificate of Advanced Training, preferred
• Commitment and record for excellent attendance and punctuality
