The Job at a Glance
We are looking for a top-tier Director of Strategy, Implementation, and Client Success to become an integral part of our expanding team. This role is vital in overseeing the implementation of our AI-powered solutions, managing key partnerships, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new healthcare partners, facilitating a smooth transition from initial outreach to full implementation.
Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare partners through regular communication, strategic planning sessions, and performance reviews.
Oversee the implementation of AnsibleHealth's AI-powered tools, ensuring they meet quality standards and partner expectations.
Identify opportunities for product enhancement and new feature development based on partner feedback and market trends.
Manage partner issues effectively, escalating to executive management when necessary and owning the resolution process.
Maintain a deep understanding of AnsibleHealth's capabilities and vision, effectively communicating our value proposition to partners and identifying growth opportunities.
Build and mentor a team of Implementation Specialists and Field Staff, ensuring effective deployment of AnsibleHealth's solutions.
Lead annual strategic planning processes for key partnerships, focusing on relationship management, value perception, and optimization of AnsibleHealth's solutions.
Prepare and deliver partner-facing presentations, proposals, and other materials as needed.
Provide regular performance reports on assigned partnerships to AnsibleHealth's senior management team.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and analytic staff, to ensure seamless integration of AnsibleHealth's solutions.
Achieve high partner retention rates and meet targeted performance improvements for existing partnerships.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, health information exchanges, and other healthcare organizations to expand AnsibleHealth's reach.

Required Qualifications and Competencies
Master's degree or advanced degree in health services, health policy, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a client-facing leadership role within the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships.
Strong competencies in analytical problem-solving, project management, and strategic planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management.
Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on key goals.
Solid grasp of the US healthcare system and its intricacies.
Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and standard office applications.
Mastery of Google Workspace and Google Slides.
Nice to have
Experience with AI-powered healthcare solutions.
Knowledge of value-based care models and population health management.
Familiarity with remote patient monitoring systems.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Job Details
Full-time: 40 hours a week.
Benefits: Base salary $130,000 - $140,000 plus equity (if applicable), flexible PTO, health insurance, and other benefits commensurate with experience.
Location: Remote (with willingness to travel for partner visits, company meetings, and leadership retreats as required)
