Shift: 8am to 4pm on site

•Planning & Scheduling
1. Evaluate and make revision recommendations as appropriate on the instrument test points for all existing and new CAT (Critical Asset Team) forms associated with manufacturing and analytical equipment.
2. Create preventive maintenance plans using Pfizer's CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) application after input from the equipment owner and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). Ensure all equipment is entered correctly in the CMMS system with the correct PM schedule. Additionally, meet with the customer to review maintenance plans and recommend program improvements where appropriate and required.
3. Review completed work orders for accuracy and completeness using Pfizer's CMMS application.
4. Perform maintenance planning and scheduling activities for manufacturing and analytical equipment assets using Pfizer's CMMS application. This is to include all daily and look-ahead scheduling activities for both preventive and corrective/repair maintenance activities. This is to include scheduling all repairs with outside vendors and the customer including acquiring quotes, ensuring POs are generated and the work is completed and documented correctly.
5. Provide coordination of vendors providing calibration and repair services.
6. Schedule and plan equipment specific service ensuring alignment with production and research activities and/or schedules. Ensure work area(s) is restored to as-found condition and escort service vendors to work area(s) as required and directed by Pfizer.
7. Provide service quote support management.
•Asset Life Cycle Management
1. Provide support associated with the addition of new equipment assets using Pfizer's CMMS application following established procedures and processes.
2. Ensure the approved instrument installation location is ready for the installation of new equipment (i.e. laboratory casework and bench space, utilities, etc.)
3. Coordinate the installation and set-up of new equipment with the asset owner and appropriate vendors.
4. Place asset tagging on new equipment for inventory purposes and identification in Pfizer's CMMS application.
5. Provide required information to maintain the accuracy and disposition of equipment as it relates to Pfizer's FAR (Fixed Asset Registry).
6. Track equipment moves within the facility and to/from off-site storage to ensure the accuracy of Pfizer's CMMS application and Pfizer's FAR.
7. Provide support associated with the removal and discontinued use of equipment assets using Pfizer's CMMS application following established procedures and processes. This is to include all elements of equipment removal and/or disposal/sale to ensure the accuracy of Pfizer's FAR.
8. Oversee Thermo Fisher Scientific and non-Thermo Fisher Scientific site instruments/assets in customer database.
9. Liaison between Pfizer customer colleagues and Thermo Fisher Scientific engineers and management.
•Quality and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
1. Ensure all GMP equipment is calibrated and maintained as required.
2. Support internal and external audit activities as required.
3. Provide oversight and support of third party GMP vendors/service providers ensuring compliance with Pfizer's standard procedures.
•Facility Operations Support
1. Provide support as required for small operational and capital projects.
2. Provide input for Business Continuity Planning efforts.
