**Production Team Member - 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm)**

**Automotive Manufacturer**

Location: Old Fort, NC

**NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - we will train**

Hourly Wage: $14/hour

Shift Premium: $0.15/hr (2nd)

Site Quarterly Bonus Eligible

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* **People First! Safety is the foundation!**

* Follow standardized work as trained

* Visual inspection & label parts

* Chance to participate in improvement idea program

* Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

**ELIGIBILITY/CRITERIA QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Must have the ability to read and interpret written policies, procedures, and instructions

* Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred

* Must be capable of physically performing all essential job functions with reasonable accommodation

* This role requires a mechanically inclined skill-set

* Ability to pass and certify for forklift and crane operations

**REQUIREMENTS:**

* High School Diploma or GED, preferred not required

* Previous working experience in a manufacturing production facility preferred not required

* Standing for long periods of time (8 hours per day). Employees will occasionally lift a maximum of 30 lbs.

* Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
