Billing Specialist | Greenville

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking an entry-level Billing Specialist to join our corporate office team in Greenville. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!

Pay range: $15-$17/hour, based on experience and education.

Responsibilities:

* Post and process billing, payments and returned customer payments.

* Monitor, process, and update accounts receivable.

* Analyze and reconcile remittance statements and ledgers.

* Analyze customer account statuses, transactions, and balances to ensure accuracy.

* Act as a liaison for third-party agencies to create, process, and reconcile subsidy payments.

* Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
