About The Role

We're looking for Production Assistants to support some of the key players here at MrBeast. They will be directly embedded with our leaders, helping manage their personal and professional lives. Personal Assistants have the opportunity to learn and grow with us, while also providing support in their home life.

Our ideal candidate will be observant, adaptable, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They'll use their creative problem solving and organization skills to ensure they're fully supporting leadership. We pair our assistants with leaders who will teach and train as they are being supported. The amount of exposure to how the company works at a high level lets you learn and grow as you carry out the day to day tasks.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting a member of our leadership to ensure smooth operation of their professional and personal life
• Coordinating with vendors for a variety of projects and initiatives
• A variety of tasks to ensure who you're supporting's life runs smoothly, which could include:
  • Doing runs and errands for personal and professional needs
  • Booking travel for business needs
  • Calendar management, such as scheduling meetings and booking appointments
  • Picking up/preparing food
  • Household tasks, such as house-sitting
  • Animal care, such as dog-sitting, dog-walking, or check-ins

What makes you a fit:

• Previous experience as a personal/production assistant
• Observant and able to prioritize tasks
• Heavily organized with excellent communication skills
• Drive to take the initiative and get things done
• Willingness to learn and grow
• A passion for YouTube and making the BEST content in the world
