As a Production Team Member, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

* Demonstrating safe work behaviors to avoid injury to self or others

* Following operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products which are delivered to customers on time

* Working effectively within a production work team and collaborate with other teams

* Contributing to continuous improvement and problem solving

* Maintaining neat and orderly conditions in area and help maintain and promote safe conditions.

* Operating assigned equipment in a safe, effective, and efficient manner

* Using hand and power trucks and Utilize simple hand tools such as hammers, shovels, brooms, etc

* Using computers as needed to run process operation

* Monitoring other operations and works cooperatively with others

* Performing non-routine tasks when required

* Work Fixed and Flexible shifts

**Your Skills and Expertise**

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

* Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.

* Minimum Three (3) years of manufacturing or construction related experience

* Must be able to work Overtime, Weekends and Holidays as necessary
