Details on the payout will be available to applicants when an offer is made.Key Functions:Total commitment to working safe and following all safety rules and regulations.Safely operates and maintains a gas forklift to unload, move, store, stage, load and unloadResponsible for housekeeping of assigned production area cleaning, sweeping, and removing debris and lumber.Safe start up and shut down of equipment in assigned are of responsibilityInterprets work instructions and successfully completes tasks as delegatedAccurately counts units, multiplies, adds, subtracts, and records totalsMust demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new jobs and skillsAttention to detail and accuracyCommunicating with team members and leadership to ensure consistent exchange of information relative to positionQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDAble to work safely and follow all company policies and proceduresResume detailing education and work historyMinimum one (1) year of experience operating forklifts and/or other mobile lift equipmentPrevious Forklift operator certification preferredAbility to work within a team to resolve issues and complete tasksAble to perform basic math and computer skillsGood communication skillsMust be flexible with work schedule and able to work any shift, weekends, overtime, holidays as neededAble to perform all essentials job functions in an industrial environment, which may include lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing steps/ladders, working from heights, standing or walking for 2-3 hours at a time for 10 hours or more, working in extreme temperatures, dust, and noise while wearing all safety equipmentSuccessful completion of assessment process, background check and post-offer pre-employment drug screen and physicalAbout WeyerhaeuserWe sustainably manage forests and manufacture products that make the world a better place.
