Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Parts Counter Representative at our Greenville, NC location. The Parts Counter Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory control, processing and managing shipments and deliveries, and assisting with sales inquiries and transactions. This person will also need to be service oriented and willing to work directly with both shop and field technicians to ensure customers machines are repaired in a timely manner.
